Liebe Ruth, die Inhaberin der Pizzeria hat selbst Zöliakie und deswegen haben sie einen eigenen Pizzaofen und Kontamination ist ausgeschlossen. Meine Lieblinspizza ist Pizza Margherita oder Funghi. Natürlich mit Mozzarella und frischen Pilzen! Liebe Grüße, Kerstin
